Exchange and return

Goods can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. This right is guaranteed by the “Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection”.

To use the option of exchange or return, please make sure that:

• the product has not been used and has no signs of wear (scratches, chips, abrasions, etc.);
• the product is fully complete and the packaging is intact;
• all tags, stickers, and factory markings are preserved.

A return or exchange is possible if:

• you provide documents confirming the purchase (receipt, sales slip, invoice);
• the product retains its original appearance and completeness, including the original packaging and all accompanying elements;
• there are no signs of use (abrasions, scratches, traces of water, building mixtures, etc.).

Additional information:

• In case of exchange or return of goods of proper quality, the return delivery is paid by the buyer.
• Returns can be made at the pickup point.
• Refunds are issued in the same way as the payment was made.

Warranty on Timbera Group products

We are confident in the quality of our own production, so we provide an official warranty on all thermowood products.

Warranty period:

• 15 years from the date of purchase.

Warranty coverage:

• resistance to rot – 15 years;
• resistance to fading and discoloration – 10 years;
• resistance to moisture and biological pests (mold, fungi, insects) – 15 years;
• dimensional stability of the material with proper installation and operation – 15 years.

Warranty terms:

• the product must be installed in accordance with all manufacturer’s instructions;
• installation, cutting, and processing of materials must be carried out using appropriate tools and protective equipment;
• surface treatment (oils, protective coatings) must be renewed according to the recommendations;
• all warranty work and inspections are carried out only by authorized company representatives.

The warranty does not cover:

• damage caused by improper use or storage;
• mechanical defects (impacts, cuts, scratches);
• changes in color or structure of the wood due to improper care;
• damage caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen events.
